SS Naganand
An LLB, triple Gold Medallist, a qualified Chartered Accountant with a national merit rank to his credit, and the recipient of a ‘Living Legend of the Law’ Award conferred upon him by the Bar Association of India, SS Naganand begun his legal career spanning almost four decades, in the year 1981. He was designated Senior Advocate by the High Court of Karnataka in 2003 and is currently serving as the Vice President of the Bar Association of India. As founder and Senior Partner at Justlaw, SS Naganand’s practice spans Corporate and Commercial Laws, International Trade and Business Laws, Taxation Laws, Intellectual Property Law, Infrastructure, Power & Electricity Laws, Venture Capital Investments, Insolvency and Bankruptcy law, Arbitration, Mediation and Land Laws. This is supplemented by a strong pro bono practice that ensures that his love for the law is as alive as his strong commitment to contributing to society. SS Naganand has contributed to papers and publications on a range of subjects and topics. He is also actively involved in multifarious social initiatives.
