Gazal Bharadwaj is an IAS officer of Uttar Pradesh Cadre. She is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer of Rampur. A civil engineer from GBPUAT, she did her master’s in public administration and management from JNU. A history enthusiast, a poet, and photographer she wishes to explore the concerns of modern administration with a better understanding of history.
